This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why we collect it, who we share it with and what you can ask us to do about it. This website is operated by a MahaRERA-registered real estate agent and authorised channel partner (registration A52100045002) of the developer of the Vaarivana project. It is not an official website of the developer.

What we collect

• Information you give us. Your name and mobile number, submitted through the enquiry form or the pop-up form, together with the country code you select and your consent to be contacted.
• Information collected automatically. Your IP address, browser type and version, the page that referred you, and — where you arrived from a Google Ads advertisement — the click identifier (gclid, wbraid or gbraid) and any campaign parameters in the link.
• Cookies and local storage. See our cookie policy.

We do not ask for and do not want your PAN, Aadhaar, bank details, card details or any other financial or government identification through this website. Please do not send them to us here.

Why we use it

• To send you the brochure, floor plans, master plan and cost sheet you asked for.
• To call, message or email you about your enquiry and to arrange a site visit.
• To send you updates about the Vaarivana project on the number or email address you registered with us.
• To measure which advertisements and pages generate genuine enquiries, so we spend the advertising budget sensibly.
• To detect and block automated or fraudulent form submissions.

The legal basis for this is the consent you give when you tick the box on the enquiry form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

• The developer. Your name and mobile number are shared with the RERA-registered developer of the Vaarivana project and its authorised sales team, so that your enquiry can be answered and a site visit arranged.
• Service providers. Our web host, email service and customer-management tools process the data on our instructions only.
• Advertising and analytics platforms. Google receives anonymous measurement data about conversions. We do not upload your name or mobile number to advertising platforms.
• Where the law requires it. If we are obliged to disclose information to a regulator, court or law-enforcement authority.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to three years from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted. Where a transaction takes place, records are kept for as long as tax, RERA and contractual obligations require.

Your choices

You can ask us to send you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Write to info@vaarivana.in or call +91 92721 00945 and we will act on it within thirty days. Asking us to stop contacting you costs you nothing and does not affect anything else.

If your number is registered on the National Do Not Call registry and you have submitted this form, you have given specific consent for us to contact you about this enquiry; you can withdraw that consent using the same routes above.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are validated on the server, and access to enquiry records is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we do not promise that it is — but we do take it seriously, and we will tell you if anything goes wrong that affects you.

Children

This website is meant for adults buying property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
